InfoCME is a Windows/PC based Canned Message Editor (CME) that can be used to create your own canned messages in different languages. Your tailor-made canned messages can be synchronized onto your PocketPC and then allow you to utilize it for your SMS messages editing and sending.
This editor supports two-bytes characters such as Asian languages or non-Latin languages.
