Touch Password Protection - Do you want to see this kind of screen when you turn the power on?
But this is not your Today Screen.
This is your Password Screen.
This program will replace the default Password security to the new Password Protection.
Then it works like the default one: restrict the access to your Pocket PC both in the device and via ActiveSync connection.
The new one gives you:
fullscreen background (you can use your own)
calendar, time, battery, memory information
outlook appointments, plans and tasks
phone calls and SMS (on Phone Edition devices)
All that information are displayed in more conveniently way. You will need only one-look to quick check: what''s up! Today or in the nearest future you planned.
You can see all your daily important events, but you can do nothing more until you log in and unlock the device.
In this version, you set the password as the sequence of touches of the screen borders. Yes: screen borders. Is easy to remember, enough to protect, but much more convenient to use (no stylus, even the one-hand operating is possible). Screen borders: we mean the range of approx. 50 pixels around the screen. The center of the screen is reserved to clear the sequence in the time you think you touched the wrong way and want to start again.
To be sure you set and remember the sequence of touches correctly, you have to set the new sequence two times identically. All instructions will display on the screen. Then you can activate/deactivate the Password Protection in any time.
If the sequence is not recognized the screen will blink on the red color and the sirene sound is playing.
Now you need to turn the power off, turn it on again, and touch the screen in the correct sequence to unlock the device.
Additionally, you can customize background image (just replace the default installed: password.jpg), change the look, style and ordering of items to display.
Trial Version works with no limits, but displays the red message on the top continuously.
