Home To Do List for HanDBase - Applet allows for the tracking of all those chores and maintainence items you need to do around the house or apartment. Includes the ability to identifying items you need to buy, how long the task will take, and whether the task is reoccurring. Applet is already populated with popups for locations (rooms) and standard frequencies (30, 60, 90 days) for reoccurring items.
