TimeOff for HanDBase is a database to keep track of time off you have taken. It records the Date, Hours, Type of time off, Reason, Description, and Notes. It also has a section for recording if you took off time that you can make up, if you made it up, and when. For example, if you take off 2 hours for a personal reason, and your boss will let you make the time up. A filter is set up to identify those days.
This database has some Types and Reasons included in the pop-up list, to help you along. You are free to modify this as fits your situation. For example, if you get time off for Jury Duty, that could be the Type and Reason. You would not have to use up a Vacation day. If you stayed home during a snowstorm, and were required to take that as a vacation day, you could keep track of it here.
