Diet Counter for HanDBase - This is a counter for use with diet programs that make you count calories, carbs or other values. I have set it up to automatically enter the date and the pop ups give you an idea of how you can customize it. The date filter is useful so that you can see what you have consumed during any given day. The date sort keeps things in chronological order. Meal and Item sorts can be useful to analyze what you have been eating. If you set the filter for one day and run the report for values, you can see how many calories or values you consumed each day.
You can speed up data entry by adding Items that you eat regularly to the Item pop up. Or create multiple items (like Waffles with low-fat margarine and syrup) to save even more time. Also, you can put the values next to the Item pop up entries if you don't have them memorized.
