PHM Task Manager - This is not yet another task switcher application, it's a complete task manager, like the one available in Windows NT4, 2000 and XP.
You can use it as a simple full-screen task switcher, large icons makes it very easy to use, but it also provides much more features for power users:

Why free? I needed a program like this, and it turned out I had to pay. I agree you should pay for complex software, but it takes less than a day for something like this
EmailShorcuter EmailShorcuter allows you to create Email launcher shortcuts and manage them with the built in file manager. Select the folder where you want to store the link and select "New Email" from the toolbar to create a new Email link file. You can also send/receive links via Bluetooth
