Rotate is a small utility that does one thing: rotate the screen 90°. The ideal being having it run off a button.
The problem is that the screen always turns the same way. So on a second running, you find the screen upside down.
This flaw can be turned into an advantage, for example when the infrared port is in a bad spot or if you want to use microphone normally located at the bottom of the Pocket PC, while taking notes.
Many use the native rotation function, that can also be run from a button.
