ArtTracings is a drawing tracing tool that allows you to compose 240x268 pixel JPEG images with custom compression without the original image. Select 'Trace' from the file menu to load a 24-bit bitmap image and the program will display it on the canvass. You can 'trace' on the drawing. Select the trace clear option to view your created image. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
