Rules 1, 2, 3 and 4 - To get a statement in 2 numbers by 5 extractions at the latest.
Rules 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 - To have the figure for the last extraction of the month.
Rule of Numeri simpatici - In the current month, one of the numbers in the result will be extracted instead of first, third or fifth.
