VocalEncoder - VocalEncoder allows you to send encoded messages to a person via the PocketPC VocalDecoder. Tap the button to record you voice. When you want to send the message tap the button and the program will re-play the audio at 5x the speed. The other person uses the PocketPC VocalDecoder to relay at 1/5 the speed. NOTE: Please do not use this for illegal purposes.
