Only one who knows the key can decrypt encrypted files. You simply choose source and destination files, enter key, press Encrypt, and it does it's job. If you want to decrypt file, you choose encrypted file, enter key, choose the destination, press on Decrypt and you have decrypted file. Your job is minimum!
