FontInstalleds opens the folder '/Windows/Fonts/' and allows you to modify the fonts that are installed on the device. Simply tap the button to open the folder and view/manage your installed fonts. NOTE: If you copy a new font to the folder you have to soft-reset your device for the font to take effect.
