FileBitmaper allows you to convert any type of file into a bitmap image. Use the file explorer to browse the files on your PocketPC. When you tap on the file the file is opened in the default PocketPC application and a screen snapshot is taken and written in 24-bit bitmap format. You can also preview the bitmaps
