Track Your Performance: At any point in time, check out how well your New Year Resolutions are holding up.
Countdown to the New Year: See exactly how long you have left to fulfil your resolution. Provides excellent motivation to keep your resolutions.
Choose the tracking method that is best for you:
Make or Break: You start your resolution in the New Year. If you decide to break it, use the Manage tool in the Resolution Manager to note this.
Daily: Track your resolution on a daily basis.
Weekly: Track your resolution on a weekly basis.
Monthly: Track your resolution on a monthly basis.
Choose the duration of your resolutions and target them to specific months:
Annual Duration: The traditonal New Year Resolution - lasts one year but very hard to keep.
Assign Month: Target your resolution to a particular month. This lets you space out you resolutions so you can deal with them one or two at a time. An excellent solution for those who get discouraged by a dozen or more resolutions on January 1'st.
