VJSmallIcons - This program is used to shrink the icons in the Start Menu > Programs launcher built into Pocket PCs.
Note: it only works once, each time you change the folder. So assign it to a hardware key.
Note: you must launch "programs" once before use; it will complain if you don't.
Install the cab and launch the shortcut. Optionally, use the numbers 0 to 4 on the shortcut to change the view style (small icons, large icons, details etc).
Example:
VJSmallIcons.exe 3
will give you a nice listview style

ICS Control ICS Control - ICS Control is a GUI front-end for Internet Connection Sharing, a component of Microsoft Windows Mobile. It can be configured to do a variety of things including sharing your cellular internet connection over an adhoc WiFi network.

Toggle3G Toggle3G - A little tool that toggles between 3G and GPRS. Basically it does the same as if you click on the 3G button in the CommManager.
The main usage would be in scripts or through a shortcut as it has no GUI and toggles it quite fast

VJDeviceLock VJDeviceLock - This program is only for use with the new Phone Roms that provide the Today Plugin, "Device Lock".
This small program can be launched, and it will immediately lock the phone using that plugin.
I'm not sure what it's compatible with - it works on my HTC Universal, and may work on the HTC Wizard
VJPhoneToggle VJPhoneToggle - This program is used to toggle the phone.
If you have worries that the phone is using up too much memory in the background, assign it to a hardware key or a shortcut.
If the phone is open, it will be closed. If it is closed, it will be opened
