nueSIPDefault - nueSIPDefault automatically selects the default input method at startup. It is very lightweight and implemented as a service dll which unloads itself after it is done processing. It also has a configurable wait time to adjust for new versions of Windows Mobile that adjust the default SIP sometime during boot. It is compatible with nueKBLight and nueSlidingKeyboard.
