Key Stroke CE is a unique input panel created from the ground up based off of a similiar design developed by the New York University Media Resarch Lab. Instructions on use, and installing it are included in the ZIP file. The decide if you want the black and white version, or the color version. You might decide on the black and white version to increase visibility, since the contrast is higher, the letters are easier to see. Depending on your choice, either run BWSetup.exe (the black and white version), or CSetup.exe (the color version) to install KeyStrokeCE. From here out, you can use KeyStrokeCE like you would any other input panel. To remove the input panel, you'll need to perform a soft-reset of the device, then uninstall it via the Add/Remove option in ActiveSync.
