TwitsnapsDescriberer allows you to select a JPEG file on your PocketPC and enter a Tweet and description for the TwitSnaps.com website. The image file is then uploaded and a tweet is created on Twitter with a picture listing on TwitSnaps.com. This service is provided by TwitSnaps.com
