Manage Projects:
Add any number of projects to Project Time.
The Main screen shows a nice summary of each project. The user has the option of exporting a project to an XML file. The export feature gives you the power to move your project data over to another app for further analysis or pass over the project to your desktop for your records.
The Project screen shows the hourly rate that is charged to the Client. The bill rate is calculated for each task using these field values in the Project (time spent on task * hourly rate = dollar amount to charge for Task) to charge the Client for each task on the Project. One Project can have an unlimited number of Tasks.
The Task detail screen shows a summary of each task on the Project.
The Task entry screen allows the user to enter the details for each task on the Project. The Task screen allows the user to enter both Billable and Nonbillable items. If a task is Billable, the Total amount to charge the client for the task is set. The Total amount is calculated from the Hourly Rate field on the Project main screen and the Duration time field on the Task screen. The Duration dropdown allows the user to choose Hour(s), Day(s), Week(s).
