Homebrew developer Sektor has just released a new build of REminiscence PSP, bumping it up to version0.1.9.3.80. For those not quite familiar with this, this particular creation is a re-implementation of the engine used in the game Flashback: Quest for Identity.
The said title was originally from the video game development company DElphine Software and was first released back in 1992. Changes pertinent to this build include:
* Compatible with 3.80 M33 firmware (should work on slim PSP)
* Added analog nub support
* Fixed a bug that made cutscenes always display in English even if French was selected
* Removed power and credit cheat since it caused crashes and it was useless
* L & R no longer quick/load save since they could be pushed accidentally
Aside from releasing REminiscence PSP v0.1.9.3.80, Sektor also provided the updated source code so that other PSP users interested in the program can tinker with it. Aside from that, the program also requires several data files which can be obtained from the source link below.
Lastly, there's a Readme.txt file included REminiscence PSP v0.1.9.3.80. Be sure to check out that first before doing anything to avoid any problems.
