Tabata Timer - Tabatas are a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT has been shown to be more effective than cardio alone at burning fat. A classic Tabata workout is 4 minutes in lenth, and is composed of 8 cycles of alternating 20 seconds of high-intensity work and 10 seconds of rest. Tabata Timer walks you through a classic Tabata workout, so you can focus on form and intensity, rather than worrying about the timing.
There are a large number of Tabata workout routines available online, which vary depending on what equipment you have available, exercises you like to do and fitness level.
