FlashLightCombo - BlackBerry - There are many flashlight applications available for BlackBerry but all of them either require you to find their icon first and then launch them (Slow, Sometimes requires you to exit the program you are using before you can launch them), or they fully occupy your convenience/side key.
And none of them can be launched with a BlackBerry Home Screen hot key.
In addition, they are either using the camera flash or they are using the LCD.

These apps are accessible by just multiple clicking the side key from anywhere, or by multiple clicking a hotkey from BlackBerry Home Screen.
