This applet really helps you keep track of all the things you need to do BEFORE and AFTER a closing takes place. RE-CLOSEDATA and its Forms contain the essentials of all your active and completed closings.

It allows for entry of a dollar amount and check boxes for the type of expense. Sales commissions paid may also be recorded by making a (-)amount entry (Of course, you can choose to enter ordinary expenses as minuses)
