MobiBiz CheckIn - can run on any BlackBerry® device, allowing mobile employees to send location-verified work information back to the office from wherever they are in the world. It is a useful administrative aid for companies with flex-time staff, temporary workers, or frequent travelers saving administrative labor and increasing the accuracy of data sent to payroll. This verified data is saved to our secure cloud based servers, from where it can be fed directly into the company's other backend software. Alternatively, all data can be viewed on the Internet any time and anywhere. Supervisors can even view latest team activity & positions on their phone. An online console allows setting up of geo-fences, triggering an alert when a device crosses a custom boundary ex: an email update could be sent to a supervisor each time a user enters a specific work site. Managers can also edit and organize data by employee or jobsite, and generate Excel reports.
