Radiology for HanDBase - Example of a utility for a pulmonary consultant. It is meant to duplicate the lists and papers spilling from my pockets. ToRound has a linked database for billing that incorporates two database popups for ICD9 codes. The linked database Radiology allows one of my nondrawing partners to describe chest x-rays with popup lists rather than use the image fields. Though we beam new patients to each other or update via attaching the .pdb file to an E-mail, I'm waiting for a Beambook like update capability to avoid having to delete/replace active but stale records manually. I keep all old records by moving them to copied templates containing old patients A-J and K-Z respectively (not submitted) as our patients tend to be readmitted.
