Leave for HanDBase - Federal employees this database will help you keep track of your leave balances. This database automatically tabulates your balances for Annual, Sick, and Comp. time. You start by entering your balance from last year plus time earned for the first pay period. All 26 pay periods are entered with the default leave earned amount for annual at 6 hours (you may have to adjust this based on your years of service) Sick Leave is set at 4 hours. Each record also includes a note field for making additional comments on each pay period. This year I added a field to keep track of any over-time you work.
