Priority Color Test for HanDBase - This DB has conditional fields which evaluate a Priority field. Then the form has three separate options in different colors for the priorities.

Patients for HanDBase Patients for HanDBase - Provides a good starting point for Doctors and Nurses to use for the patient/rounds tracking. Links 3 -4 databases! The main database Patients, keeps the Patient information such as Name, Phone, Contact info, Allergies, etc. Pressing the Visits button within a Patient record will bring you to the visits history that this patient has made
Domain Names for HanDBase If you have more than one domain name registered, this applet tracks your domain, registrar, creation/expiration dates, primary and secondary nameservers, pertinent FTP login information, Control Panel Login and email server information
Radlog for HanDBase Radlog for HanDBase - Radiology Logbook to track procedures performed and biopsy results. Has 2 databases, one for patients, and the other a list of procedures by modality. Procedure list automatically adds modality and whether or not a biopsy is performed
