Donkey Kong Country 2 - is a platformer arcade developed for SNES by Rareware and released by Nintendo. The release took place on the 14 of December 1995.
This game is the continuation of Donkey Kong Country, which was also made for SNES in 1994. Donkey Kong Country 2 differs a lot from the first part of the series. It offers wonderful graphics, makes higher demands to the skills of gamer in comparison with the previous game. Diddy's Kong Quest was sold more than four million times and became the second most popular game for SNES in 1995 and the sixth most popular during all the time the console existed.
The game was reissued for Game Boy Advance in 2004 and for Wii Virtual Console in 2006.
