Tip: If you own two or more Pocket PCs and/or Smartphones it would be an asset if you, for example, use one Task as shopping list and after synchronization of both devices with the PC have it both on the second device and on the Desktop PC(Outlook) up to date. By far better it is if you synchronize with a Exchange Server. At this you have always your data up to date on your devices without synchronize with a PC, even underway. Example: YOu wrote a shopping list and your wife supplements it at home. While you are underway you get the changed task (online connection required) and it will be displayed in the today screen.
