Leo's RC Simulator (Android) - A full featured radio control models simulator. Photorealistic sceneries. Soaring, glow trainer, glow aerobatic and helicopter.
Please, note that only high end smartphones have a 3D accelerator capable of managing the big textures used on the scenery. This program has been tested on a HTC Desire. Not every touch screen is truly multitouch (HTC desire touch screen is not really a full multitouch screen). And Froyo JIT compiler is probably a must. The user experience can vary significantly depending on hardware.
