SPPicViewer is a picture viewing utility for smartphones. The program recognizes popular picture formats, such as .jpg, and .bmp. Use the built-in folder/file explorer to locate and view image files on the phone. Works with the phone's internal storage and storage cards.

To install SPPicViewer, unzip the files from the download. Then, with your phone connected via ActiveSync, run the setup.exe file in the folder containing the unzipped files.
