SmartTask Attend extends your reporting by allowing you to see when your carers check in to their Service Users in real-time allowing you to create time sheets for your organisations and local authorities. Using the map function, you can see the visits made by individual carers against their daily route – making it possible to minimise travel time between visits, or find a carer that can take on an extra visit.

NFC TAGS AND BARCODES
There are two methods by which you can register data to the system: Via inexpensive NFC tags carers can simply swipe their phones over NFC tags or labels unique to the Service User to record arrival and departure. Alternatively, you can choose to print labels for SU Notes which can be scanned using the camera facility of your smartphone.
NFC tags are available in a wide range of formats from inexpensive labels to fobs, badges and window stickers dependent upon your needs. Please Note for Trial: you can order tags and printable code labels for use in your trial during the registration process.
