CellMapper is an Android application which is used to help map the extent of cell phone towers coverage. The program records the location, using built-in GPS, and the cell phone tower signal and information at that location. It is able to both upload the information directly to the database or generate a CSV file in order to be uploaded later (for those that do not have a data plan).

· Fixed a bug where some phones wouldn't generate more than a few CSV lines
· Back button disabled
· Backlight dimming disabled
· Buttons moved to main menu to avoid accidental pressing
· Fixed CDMA network logging issue (still experimental)
· Increased font size

· Overhauled information retrieval to be event base
· Made app work in background when home button is pressed
· Made altitude display as a whole number
· Fixed an issue with some phones not updating information

· Made backlight stay on at the lowest brightness (needed, since signal wont be updated if the screen is off).
· The display is now updated when the signals or location changes (before it was only updated when your location changed).

· Fixed an issue where phones with tilt sensors would restart the application
· Now showing the BSIC and ShortCID instead of longCID
· Exit should now really exit (Android likes to keep applications open)

· Fixed CSV writing bug where a folder was created instead of a file
· Moved storage location to the root of the SD Card under a folder named CellMapper
