Hot fix for resolving ring tone and system sound loss problem in HTC Touch - In some cases, there may not be any ring tone and system sounds on the HTC Touch when the device has not been soft reset after a few weeks of usage. Performing a soft reset will resolve this problem. You can also download this hotfix and install it on your device to prevent this problem from reoccurring.
Copy the hot fix, which is an exe file, to your device. To install the hot fix, tap the exe file and follow the on-screen instructions. If you performed a hard reset of your device, you need to reinstall the hot fix after the hard reset.
