When you receive Caller Information during ringing and you DO NOT have a slider nor a flip phone, it is necessary to PRESS THE ANSWER KEY TWICE to connect. The first push acknowledges the caller information and the second push accepts the call. If you have a slider or a flip phone, just ANSWER NORMALLY to accept the call. Privus Mobile is not geographically limited, meaning when you travel internationally, some callers can still be identified. After you have ended your call,Privus Mobile can save caller information to your contact listy so you have it for future use.
