CoolSMS+ (UIQ) - A Flash SMS appears directly on the phone's screen, instead of the 'Inbox'. Its an useful alternative to normal SMS when you want to catch the recipients attention immediately. CoolSMS+ does not charge the user anything. The mobile operators charge the sender the cost of a normal SMS. There is no additional charge for sending a Flash SMS.
