Speed2 for HanDBase 1.0

Speed2 for HanDBase - This is a rather simplistic speed calculator. I wrote it while driving up I55 to Chicago beacuase my speedometer is wacko and I wanted to push my speed without being too flagrant. I tap New to create a record while passing a mile marker, then I can enter the mile marker I am going to end at and tap OK when I pass it
