Psiloc miniGPS:
Psiloc miniGPS is a powerful tool to locate yourself in the GSM network! Its main goal is to perform defined actions based on your location taken from your network. It also shows the details of the network cell, to which your phone is logged in at the moment. You can create your own database of network cells by adding the ones you are logged to and also the ones you want to type in.
However, the best of all is that you can create EVENTS! Once you have a few cells in your database you can create events on the basis of those cells.
Currently miniGPS offers five event types:
Log in alarm
Log out alarm
Log in switch profile
Log out switch profile
Log in power off
Log out power off
Log in change image
Log out change image
Log in SMS
Log out SMS
That means, you can create an event to have an alarm at the moment your phone logs in (or out) a selected cell. So you will be able to sleep calmly in your train to work or school - it will wake you up precisely at your station, even if your train is late. You can also set it up to remain you of speed controls! For every such alarm you can select any sound file from your device (also prepared by you) or even "No sound" if you like to keep it quiet.
Psiloc Extended Profiles Professional:
Psiloc Extended Profiles extends the functionality of the Nokia 7650/3650 phones with advanced user profile managing. Extended Profiles significantly extends the customizing features available in the standard "Profiles" application, and it allows for a change of profile based on a given task schedule.
Extended Profiles allows you to set up the following for each profile:
phone background picture, which can be set from any image available in phone
phone background may be also animated (available in the Professional version only)
color palette
screen saver (if the Screen Saver application is installed, you can choose from 11 different screen savers)
a sound file used as an alarm, a different set of alarms for the Clock and the Calendar (available in the Professional version only)
autolock keypad function (available in the Professional version only)
Bluetooth mode (available in the Professional version only)
telephone keypad applications
Extended Profiles enables you to automatically switch the profiles of your phone. You can simply select the time, required profile and weekday (daily, working days, weekend etc.) - Extended Profiles will do the rest: switch and activate the profile automatically at the scheduled time.
Thanks to the Extended Profiles application, you can program your phone to change to a different profile ex. to your business (with your company logo in the background, and toned down alarm sounds) for when you are at work) as well as to your evening profile (with a crazy picture, and the song of your favorite music group etc.).
