Butler keeps track of your Contacts and Notes, in a very intelligent and smart way.
From the main screen you can reach Butlers main two main parts Contacts and Notes. You can also place a Call to any contact you have. In Butler you navigate mainly using the context sensitive soft keys on the right of the screen, allowing for quick navigation among your contacts and notes.
On start-up Butler will do an automatic synchronize with the phones stored contacts, updating any entries you may have imported to your phone from for example Outlook.
Butlers Search-Function is extremely fast and powerful.
Write, Search, Find, Sms, Dial and Autosynch
Butler is powerful and extremely easy-to-use. Butler allows you to write, store, search and retrieve information about anything you have entered and stored in Butlers two main parts called Contacts and Notes. All data stored in Butler is retrievable by the Search-Function. Autosynch is described above.

Contacts
In Contacts you can store information about First Name, Last Name, Work Phone, Mobile Phone, Home Phone, Fax, Email, Jobtitle, Company, P.O. Box, Street, Zip Code, City/State, Country and Notes. In the Notes field you can add free text where you can search for any word or text string.
All fields are searchable from the Search screen, just enter any word or number and the contacts containing the information entered will be displayed, and can be scrolled between. The search also supports wildcards.
You can Call any number in the Contacts and also Send the notes field by SMS.
Notes
In Notes you can keep your information colleted, automatically dated, and easily searchable.
Notes have two fields, the Date field is automatically filled in for you, but you can change it or add more information to this field if you want.
Then there is the Notes field where you can add free text.
Both fields are fully searchable from the search screen, just enter any word or number and the Notes containing the information entered will be displayed, and can be scrolled between. The search also supports wildcards.
You can also send the notes field by SMS.
