Active Desk provides a consolidated view of appointments, tasks, events, anniversaries - together with a summary view of the messaging application. Now with Full Screen Mode, the "Outlook Today" view provides even more information on your Communicator display.
Advanced Application Launch Features
Active Desk allows you to launch all links placed on the Desk from the integrated interface. In addition, configure applications and documents to launch automatically at device reset, or set up a number of speed launch keys (similar to the phone's speed dial feature) for easy access to your commonly used applications and documents.
Active Desk Message Scheduler
Enhance the messaging functionality of your Communicator through the ability to schedule the unattended sending and receiving of email. For example, create a schedule for your outgoing email to be sent and new email downloaded every morning at 7am.
Available in 7 European Languages
Active Desk is now available in German, French, Dutch, Finnish, Spanish, Belgian (Flemish), and of course English. All the language versions are included in the one installation package. Cibenix uses Translated.net for Translation Services.
