How to install the MobiGuard mobile application?
1) download and install it from the application store or mobile operator portal
2) once the Installation is done, RESTART the phone. The phone, on which the application is installed is called the TARGET PHONE
3) do not forget that the application runs in the background and in complete hidden mode so it will not be visible in the list of installed applications and in Task Manager
4) the default Security Code is 12345. Please change it to any other 5 digit code after installation. Instruction can be found below. (limitations of Security Code: it can only consist of numbers and should be 5 digit long)
How to configure the MobiGuard mobile application?
Setting the CONTROL PHONE:
CONTROL PHONE is the number to which the SMS will be sent in case of SIM change, or from which the following commands can be used.
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:1 Scode Number in International Format
Example: LMTSAE:1 12345 +447503123456
Where:
LMTSAE:1 is the command
12345 is the security code
+447503123456 is the mobile phone number of the control phone and should be in international format! Note that the above number is used as an example, you have to send the number of YOUR control phone!
Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number 1, however, there should be space between the number 1, security code and control phone number!
Control phone will receive a NOTIFICATION MESSAGE once the number has been successfully set on the target phone. At least one control phone needs to be set for the rest of commands to work, but you can set upto 2 control phones.
Setting new SECURITY CODE:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:0 old_code new_code
Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number zero, however, there should be space between the number zero, old code and new code.
Setting the 2nd CONTROL PHONE:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:2 Scode Number in International Format
Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number two, however, there should be space between the number two, security code and number two.
Retrieving CONTACT LIST:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:3
This command is for retrieving contact list from the target phone. Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number three.
Retrieving CALL LOGS:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:4
This command is for retrieving call logs from the target phone. Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number four.
Tracking the LOCATION:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:5
This command is for fetching the location of the target phone*. The location is displayed as a URL on Google Map. The SMS containing location is retrieved on the control phone. Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number five.
Deleting CONTACT LIST:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:6
This command is for deleting the contact list of the target phone. Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number six.
Deleting CALL LOGS:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:7
This command is for deleting the call logs of the target phone. Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number seven.
Deleting PHONE MEMORY and MEMORY CARD:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:8
This command is for deleting the audio, video, document files or any other files both on the memory card and phone memory. Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number eight.
Deleting SMS:
Send the following command FROM the control phone TO the target phone: LMTSAE:9 SMS
This command is for deleting the SMS stored on the target phone. Please ensure that there is no space between LMTSAE, colon and the number nine.
