The ability to attach icons to certain items by assigning those items to categories or attaching an icon unique to an item enhances the management of your personal data. Visually, icons can offer you a perfect way to get a quick overview of your appointments, tasks or contact data faster than any text can do. Category icons help you to organize your personal data. As an example, you could assign a specific icon that you link with holidays to a holiday's event. You will know that it is a holiday at a glance. A briefcase icon might indicate a business appointment; a shopping cart icon reminds you to go shopping.
Pocket Informant ships with a small number of free icons as examples on how to use category icons. We have teamed up with some of the best icon designers in the PDA world and are proud to introduce our icon sets for Pocket Informant.
Designed by Organize Software, the 3D Icon set includes over 900 unique Hi Res icons. These icons have been professionally hand drawn in a fun, colorful illustrative style. Most icons are drawn to look 3 dimensional.
