Contact Manager for HanDBase - This is a simple and quick Contact Manager system that I designed for salespeople to keep track of customer contacts.
I set up this file to automatically fill in date and time when a new record is created. There are popups in the comments field with common phrases. You can add to these or create your own. You can use several of these comments in the comments field as they are set up to append. You can also add Customer and Contact name popups. Click on Name and Contact and you will see Edit Popup List. Add names there. The call back checkbox can be selected and a date can be selected. The Notes field is for entering more detailed information on the call--for example, a complete call report.
