· Change the time unit of 'Finish fetching Toast' from ms to sec
· In 'Fetch Full Messages', if the message size > 16k, skip first and then download it one by one after batch fetching

· Show underlying connection detail error in toast
· Fix a small bug that nntp connections didn't close when fetching full messages
· Fix a bug that sync all group's headlines will unexpectedly stop if one of a group got connection problem
