TagDroid is an application that is supposed to enhance browsing on the Android mobile platform. The user can create tags using words that are of importance to him. Under each of these tags (i.e. words) the user can add the files that he associates with the tag name, so that it is easy for him to find them later. A tag can also be deleted, renamed and get its priority changed. Files under a tag can be opened with the appropriate application, and deleted. There are two ways to visualize your tags, one is an alphabetically sorted tag cloud, where the size of the word corresponds to the priority of the tag and the color of the tag corresponds to the number of files that are associated with that tag. The other way is an alphabetically sorted list, for users who like a more organized layout. Another feature of the application is that there's a notification icon in the notification bar that allows users to tag files while working on other Android applications.
