MobileKnox is a secure password manager with many cool features.
· It utilizes the strong and very secure encryption standard AES and SHA.
· Entries can be searched by title and content.
· MobileKnox provides categories.
· It comes with an automatic lock that is active after MobileKnox is idle for a certain (configurable) amount of time.
· Random and secure passwords can be generated by shaking the phone.
· MobileKnox can be easily synchronized with DesktopKnox. DesktopKnox runs on MS Windows, Apple Mac OS X, and Linux. It is available for free.
· Entries already used near the current position can be displayed. This allows to find entries that are used only on certain positions.
· MobileKnox can import encrypted xml files (as generated by DesktopKnox and MobileKnox).
· The content can be exported to an encrypted xml file format that can be read by MobileKnox and DesktopKnox.
· MobileKnox can be installed on the SD card (if available).
What's New in This Release:
· If an entry is edited the save and discard buttons are now permanently shown on screen (instead hidden in the menu)
· If you skipped one or more updates the database upgrade runs now smoothly for you
What's New in 2.0.0:
· If you configure keywords in DesktopKnox for "quick insertion" these keywords will now be synchronized with MobileKnox. Of course, the keywords are encrypted before they leave your computer.
· If you change an entry on DesktopKnox and MobileKnox before you synchronize a conflict happens. The screen that asks you about how to resolve the conflict now shows the category of both entries in addition to the title and content
