Talk Timer for Windows Phone 7 is a flexible timer for the practice and performance of a variety of talks and presentations. Speeches have a minimum and maximum time limit. When the minimum length is reached, the timer background will turn green, then yellow when nearing the maximum, then red when the maximum planned time is reached.
