The Serious Runner for HanDBase - This is a database that will track all aspects of a runner's training. Includes fields for routes, distances, weather conditions, how you felt on each run, and calculates such things as your pace per mile, and even has a spot for the shoes you wear. Also has a spot to check when you supplement your running with weights.
Export all kinds of reports to show your progress. Even use the filter for the different shoes to see how many miles you've put on a shoe to know when to replace it. Also can make monthly charts showing your distance build up.
