· Fixed it caused a crash on removing a column which is used to sort the list view.
· Fixed it used Windows Vista as X-Mailer on Windows 7.

· Fixed multiple folders may have spam-folder flag.
· Fixed it used pgp-sha1 as micalg parameter of Content-Type even when GnuPG used a digest algorithm other than SHA-1.
