Hot fix for prolonging the time allowed to input PIN on the PIN required screen of HTC Touch Dual - When you insert the SIM card for the first time or when you restart the device with the PIN required process enabled, the PIN input prompt only stays active for 1 second and then disappears. If you encounter this issue, install this hot fix to resolve this problem.
Copy the hot fix, which is an .exe file, to your device. To install the hot fix, tap the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you perform a hard reset of your device, you need to reinstall the hot fix after the hard reset.
